Thanks for the warm welcome!
Thanks for the advice, Steven.
I did try segments of it last few days as stand alone practices. Still feels good! ๐
Just a question : does the swaying of the body during the practice reflect any particular energy movements, or say something about the misalignment of the structure, with the chi correcting it? I get different types of swaying at different points in time of the whole Deep Healing sessions : front-back, arc-like left right or a twisting-swaying movement at the waist level.
Hasim
Hasim, It sounds like nature is moving your body spontaneously. This is what you want to happen. Chi gung is for developing our relationship with life force. It speaks through us.
I am a big proponent of not thinking too much about how it should happen but rather allowing and enjoying it. Often, the thinking from the head obstructs what life is doing with us. Trust it. Stay with the feeling.
A
Indeed, you are right. Being more in the body, and less in the head.
Thanks for the reminder, Alexander!

Steven! I’m pretty sure I met you at the ’07 Chi Fundamentals. I was there with my now ex-boyfriend with long platinum blond hair. If it was you, we sat with you one meal and you told us all about visiting Alaska. That was you, wasn’t it?!
It it was, we both thought you were a really lovely person. ๐
Yeah, that must have been me.
I think I talked both of your ears off about
that trip if I remember right, and had to
apologize for dominating the whole meal with
my story ๐
Now that I think I know who you, doubly welcome !!! ๐
Thank you for your compliment; you’re very sweet.
Best,
Steven
Now now, Steven… are ears are still attached to our heads. ๐
Hi again Steven,
Please breathe this in… you are a beautiful person….
Smiles,
Jeanne
