Yeah, I’m not sure the exact word or phrase you’re looking for, but I also encountered this knowledge through NLP and hypnosis – it’s around every 90 minutes for me… Also we normally breathe more from one nostril than the other and this flips in cycles (although it flips voluntarily, if I want)
{{>>now if I try to feel whether the channel starts and ends at these points I get that ‘non local’ feeling – my body tells me to stop intelectualising it too much, because in reality the core doesn’t have dimensionality…<<
Oh I think it does have dimensonality but not only *three* if you see what I mean. Or better to say, it has dimensonalit*ies* plural.}}
I like the dimensionalities!! Although I get into difficulties if I think in terms of '*it has* dimensionalities' – it certainly has a range between no dimensionality to omni-dimensionality (or infinite dimensionality), but how i percieve it depends on me… from the lower dantien it feels very different to how it does from the upper dan tien… also has something to do with pre-heaven and post heaven – it may take on dimensionality post heaven, but the pre-heaven is there too… anyway these are all models to explain the rather unexplainable core channel… you seem to have an easier time of explaining/observing it than I…

This is probably because it was a focus of Glenn Morris, my first teacher. I don't feel I know anything about tan tiens at all so from the taoist point of view you and Alexander are way ahead of me I think. I just hope that all the different viewpoints can continue to talk to each other like this and help one another, everybody being in slightly different places and doing slightly different things makes the whole shebang far more conversation-worthy if you get me. j
September 21, 2007 at 2:51 pm #24475I think you are referring to brain gem exercises. In your post above. If your only channel is the spine channel that might be confused with a center channel again we are also taking about a different level of manifestation. It is important also to note that nothing such as the sun or the moon can be purly anything. So one could resonate with certain aspect of the sun that could be male or female. THis does not mean there are not symbolicly dominate traits. Try smiling to your lower Dan Tien opening up a accepting space here just like in a relationship might open up some stuff for self discovery. Also why do you not just give this Healing Dao thing a shot and go through the program? In this way we might feel less like a science report. Give 100% get 100% there is only so much time in the day.

Well if you don't like the science report don't read it mate. My feeling is that already doing the sounds, plus the orbit, and having them settle in, is plenty. Considering everything else I do. Sorry if you think I should get more with the program! My think is joining it onto other things. There's alot out there.

September 21, 2007 at 4:11 pm #24479I feel that you are looking for some thing to look for. A color, a feeling to help guide your own process, thats fine. I was just sugjest that you might need to go to the next step, fusion and the other practices might give you tools for revieling what you want to know. The post natal mind might have cravings but not the tools to fufill them. The way to talked to me and AA I find to be unfair and does not honner our intent, setting bounderys is fine to an degree, but making us out as bad guys in the process is bull shit.. Do you honnestly believe I do not know there are other options? No one can not account for every thing, but the harshness in wich you piont this out to people I feel is unfair. I depend on others to fill in the blanks. I see you doing well in your path, so I might have pushed to much. I am sorry and thank you for letting me know your boundry.
September 21, 2007 at 6:29 pm #24481… I think it was the idea that jumping ahead to more advanced practices of Michael’s could be the solution. Since I am dealing with kundalini and kundalini does not get covered here I don’t think jumping ahead is a good idea… honestly. I am only looking to share things about what’s going on with me and occasionally someone happens by who seems to have something interesting to say. I also am grateful for Alexander’s answer and yours. They really DID help.
>>Do you honnestly believe I do not know there are other options? No one can not account for every thing, but the harshness in wich you piont this out to people I feel is unfair.<<
I'm sorry you felt I was harsh. I really do apologize. I also felt Alexander was a little harsh but it really and truly does not matter to me at all now ok? I hope you will forgive me for being over-blunt, I truly didn't meant it.
For the record I am just trying to understand some things which are very important to me personally. I quite understand that those who are happy in the regular HT practice would say that I should practice more what they are practicing, but I honestly feel the situation is a little more complex.
If I told you that the answer to a question you asked was to practice more *my* way, how would you feel?
At the top of Michael's banner here it says 'sharing your way' – not only Michael's way. Michael I think encourages diversity. If it is preferred that people not talk about anything other than the HT practice here I have no problem with that but I would feel it is very limiting.

September 21, 2007 at 11:30 pm #24483If you spend allot of time on the healing tao web site asking allot of questions to people about the Alchemical practices I assumed you where getting your feet wet maybe wanting to swim a little more to the deep end. I felt like you where asking how the water was and I was inviting you to try it. I should honnor your process and will try to be more patient with. I would love a litttle more respect, to assume that I think that this is the only way, would be to disregaurd allot of what I have said. Am I a self rightous prick really?
As for the kundaliny stuff are you working this from a chakra/yoga perspective. Or are you calling that symbol from western alchemy of the to snakes wraped around some light with wings at the top.. Because I see them as diferrent animals. But the micro cosmic orbit would fit nicely with the snake image.
September 22, 2007 at 3:46 am #24485You have been incredibly disrespectful, and I will tell you what Bagua told me when I said something stupid to him a year ago:
Ten thousand slaps across your face.
As Julian has stated, we know about other systems. I have been on a spiritual path for 34 years. I speak what I speak from direct experience and a lot of the time you are speaking only from your head and your mouth which you allow to run on and on in an effort to control things. You can argue that the Sun is feminine and the Moon masculine but that is as stupid as saying that the ground is up and the sky is down. There are OBVIOUSLY many systems and schools out there which are popular that have faulty information in them. Some of that, as you should know, is done purposely to confuse people. If you really want to learn, I strongly recommend that you stop fucking arguing with people here and listen more. Close your mouth and open your mind.
I leave you to your own devices. I am through with you.
September 22, 2007 at 6:50 am #24487September 22, 2007 at 7:08 am #24489… I don’t really have the same feeling about you that you do about me. So if you don’t mind I won’t give up on you. But I won’t talk to you if you don’t want. j

I now regret bringing the subject up! I will continue to write my blog for things like this; it's not what I wanted to make people mad. j
September 23, 2007 at 12:13 pm #24493I had no problem with the subject. It was the lack of respect and the demonizing of my caricture that I took ofence to. I have grown from this and regret non of it. We are all here to heal and sometime we hit each others sor spots.
September 23, 2007 at 12:42 pm #24495September 23, 2007 at 12:43 pm #24497… Still I do remember not long ago thanking both you and Alexander and even blessed you somewhere up there, only a sort of reflexive blessing but nonetheless I do feel grateful, so I hope that stands j
September 23, 2007 at 2:19 pm #24499Perhaps it’s none of my business, but I couldn’t help feeling that somebody else should butt in here and make a comment. My comment is a question really, “Don’t you guys think that you’re getting a bit serious about things here?” It is true that sometimes Jason’s comments seem to have a sort of disregard for conventionality that invites a response. I suspect (no disrespect intended here, Jason) that he sometimes makes comments for particularly this reason: to challenge status quo practices thereby ensuring that he will get a response. But I don’t think that he is intending to disrespect anyone here. And that’s really why I am responding to this post.
I know that when one has attained a certain level of practice, one may be convinced that their path is worthy of being following by others. It is natural to hold it in high regard and expect others to at least show some respect. It is, however, a tricky situation when it comes to guiding others who are somewhat new to that path or who are experimenting with those techniques. I have experimented with several different spiritual modalities and have seen the same pattern over and over. This pattern involves people either accepting the “doctrine” (through pressure exerted by experienced practioners) or not fitting in. One of the things that really drew me to Michael’s approach is that things are not written in stone. He doesn’t want anyone to “Praise the Tao!” so to speak. He is open and not fixated on any particlar lineage (although he is using and refining One Cloud’s practice). And I think that he has opened this forum as a sort of cauldron for discussion for a diversity of perspectives.
It seems that some of the more experienced practioners in this forum have gained priceless insights through their practices. Many of the experiences that you describe, I can’t even fathom. They sound amazing. You are obviously very experienced. But I ask you to take heart in your attitude to those of us who are less experienced than you and who may ask some pretty stupid questions. And ask yourself this question, “When I respond to this person, where am I really coming from?” Is the attitude patronizing, or is there a true desire to help and share?
Wishing you all well.
