This brief video confirms the likely value of Taoist bone-marrow (spinal fluid) washing as the reason for dream rejuvenation. Most of the dream science MRI studies are way too head centered, and don’t understand that it is the entire body that dreams. Spinal fluid provides the key link, and Taoist discovered long ago that you can clean out your brain and recharge by day.
