    Jernej

    dreams take food
it is innerspaces opening up in here and now
and dreaming is the way of the party

    no life no party
    no partying no life

    managing is the key
    skill

    1.
    morning erection
    when ching chi is aroused
    and locked into erection

    this causes dreams

    2.
    empty force yin/yang breathing
    any body part

    first drifting into unconscious
    then the dream stream encounted

    again this is dreaming
it is unconscious sleep if center is lost
    if the center is kept
    but the ground is lost
    you are taken away
    sleeping for others
yet fully awake in your koma

again it takes breathing to make it happen

    3.
when in the morning dreaming and aroused ching
    if it is circulated
and energy is not stuck at erection position only
    then the dreaming stops also
(and one sleeps some hours less)

    when yin/yang breathing
    if center is held
    and body ground is held
the one shift to inner space
    but does not dream
(david shen calls this dreaming cultivation state)

    4.
yet no dreaming means no communication
    a dry tree
    so take care
