Don`t remember seeing that explanation before. However I still think I disagree, which of course doesn`t matter much really. 🙂
one thing almost anyone can do that seems kind of super-natural is busting clouds!!
it’s taught in Huna because it teaches you to collect and discharge mana (chi). There is no complex technique, and knowledge of elements and their qualities is not needed.
All you do is whatever breathing method you’ve learnt that accumulates energy – get the energy buzzing and form a ball of energy in your hand, breathe into it making it bigger and denser – select a low, fluffy cloud – preferably a lonely one so that you see the effect clearly – breathe the intention of discreating the cloud into the ball and throw the ball at the cloud! and that’s it! some spectacular effects – and any healthy person can do it.
The only caveat is – dont do it too often unless you know how to use universal energy without draining your own, otherwise you’ll knacker yourself out…
‘Air = Fire element, not metal.
Fire has the characteristic of rising and that’s what air does when it fills something up, the object rises. Lower dantian connects jing/physcial body. Pack with air and physical body is like a balloon.’
In Bardon framemind:
accumulating fire element from surrounding air
it is possible to accumulate any element-principle from any element
for any includes all, for is just an inbalance(polarization) of all element principles.
That makes sense, because they are all interconnected. Good point.
