Since both practices deal with the ‘trasformation of negative emotions’, what’s the difference? Can I start off practicing the Fusion right now? (I have little-no training with microcosmic orbit)…
thanks!

Fusion practices were designed “traditionally” to be learned after inner smile, Healing Sounds, orbit practice. I have seen people try to jump ahead and have resistance with that approach and few have been succesful; but depending on your expierence you could be ready to give it a whirl. If possible go to a workshop with someone that has GOOD expierence teaching and practical expierence-Michaels workshops are worth the $$$. Theres alot of symbolic literature and Meridians to learn…
If you haven’t started practice yet I recomend his audio tape & his free ebook try it for thrity days then progress accordingly- inner smile-sounds-fusion are a great flow.Orbit practice can be practiced many different ways- Tao practitionerss should do it regularly. Fusion works on a deeper level more going on but is still effortless at a different level of understanding.
From my expierence you can go very deeply in any one of these and in time one leeds naturally to the next. Mikes Fusion study tape is almost a must buy-he presents it in easier terms than other teachers I have seen. Could be a good way to go without large $$$ strain.
So all these practices are working with the same processes(smile-sounds-fusion;-kan & li you get a super power engine here)but each at a different level and actually get easier as you progress deeper. Words don’t do it any justice
the Tao practices has to be expierence of course.Just as a fyi not trying to sell you anything-but the talk’s will shed some light to questions possibly going on. It all boils down(literally) to practice here.
Good Luck hope this helps in some way
