Going deep in the winter time.

I start out with some Chi Gong enregizing and creating flow, then I have been doing deep healing chi gong, one of my favorites for uncovering the trvth. Its amazing how good you can feel then you do deep healing chi gong and it uncovers more layers of emotions, of course at the end I feel great, but I do not stop there. I start in to Kan and Li after fusion of deep healing chi gong. After the coupling I do a simmilar thing in my Kan & Li as I do with deep healing chi gong. I find things that my be tuff to accept and I say to my self maybe out loud if I feel I need to. _____ is right with my soul. I start big Heaven, Earth, My life, my mother, my father, and so on it realy can uncover some great stuff, I have found it realy takes allot courage to say some of those things, to be willing to surrender to the changes and to a new self. You can try the reverse as well Heaven loves my soul ect. I end with some form of orbit.
