    ribosome777

pick a dot in the body, preferably a primary node
    how does the dot feel?

make the dot “cool”, then “hot”
notice the shift between cool and hot, and any coupled softening and hardening

now simply make the dot hard or soft

move to an area and “harden”

take 4 dots, two top, two bottom, and spin the top pair counter to the bottom..
project your mind to a distant constellation in space and notice if there is an intuitive sense of depth between the vectors, the dots of space

pull this stellar array of dots in and notice any natural spin pattern..
now spin the dots within the aura, then expand them out to space

does a point have no, any or all dimension? how does the mind invoke a dot to begin with?

how can we know how to make a point hot, cold, hard or soft?
