A young Taoist talking about his experiences. Can you guess who it is?
NYC TaoistNovember 27, 2005 at 7:30 pm #8860Note to Forum posters:
I am deleting all bogus posting by imitators of Spyrelx and Somlor, who are real people posting under a different IP,
so you should NOT post beneath the bogus names (they have very low counts on the number of their postings). Anything posted below these fake postings may also get deleted as part of the same thread.
———————–I invite the story of Eric Yudelove to be reposted, it is authentic, I have the actual newspaper clipping.
——————————————–The posting that Max is referring to by a NYC Taoist (and bogus postings I have now deleted) is transparently an attempt to distract folks from the discussion by Nnonnth of Bodri and Nan, who is Max and Plato’s teacher.
The NYC taoist is plato, who used to go drinking with Eric during the fullness of his madness. Great fun, good stories. Unfortunately, Plato’s superficial gloss reveals only his superficial understanding of the events in Egypt.
Ron Diana did not die from asbestos cancer 14 years lator from his Egypt experience, and neither did Michael Morgan go mad.
I DID go partly blind, if losing the ability to shut out light rapidly enough can be so defined. I became literally blinded by the Light. The initation involved downloading FUTURE subtle bodies (yes, call it future or not yet earned Karma).
And Taoist inner alchemy is what cured it – the best proof that I could ever get that Taoist alchemyis great for your health, and that it can change the future, even after it has downloaded and become the past. Its one reason why I am still teaching Taoist alchemy – it accelerates the process of evolution, but does it safely.
Every path has its risks, that is part of what makes them powerful.
But do I want to take Plato, Max, Nan, or bodri as the guides to decide that?
They are welcome to sit on the slow boat of Zen (my opinion), that is just a choice of path. But no need to fear other teachings, or falsely disparage them.Michael

November 27, 2005 at 7:48 pm #8864You just happened to light a spark above an oil tank. Happens. But you seem experienced, so you’ll survive. And yes (since you asked me below) I did read the whole thread before Michael deleted it.

November 28, 2005 at 5:01 pm #8870“One of my teachers who is endowed with super-powers as a result of his cultivation”
So, on the subject of plato’s new attempted methods of “usurping the new york city taoists” by posting his newest discoveries along with some slick marketing for Nan, which one of his teachers is it that has superpowers, and what might those be? On the subject of unsubstantiated claims, I would love to know the answer to this one.
Might this be along the same lines as his website that appeared after he returned from china that claimed he had learned from masters at one of the oldest taoist maountains in China, which he had, but did they give him authourity to sell herbs for prostate cancer? He also claimed that Heshouwu allowed Li Ch’ing Yuen to live for 250 years, when Li claimed himself that it was a mixture of qigong (through martial arts-baguazhang), and eating lycium fruit.
Unsubstantiated claims?
