I guess ejaculating while standing up helped me. There is still chi in my head yet I am bringing it down my front channel every time I feel them. The amount of chi in there surprise me, its soo much that it strongly vibrates my feet when I vent or breath down. I guess my front channel is open because whenever I bring the chi down, I feel it flowing quickly like water directly to my belly and feels like its churning there that I sometimes don’t feel it going through my throat .I am not bothered anymore. If it wants to stay there in my head then so be it, I will bring it down over and over.
Since I am already “chi charged” I guess there is no turning back now and might as well continue on further of this chi business.
Just recently I find out that this chi in my head feels cold. Like the feeling of skin when wet, like a faint wind is blowing the surface of your skin. It’s kind of hard to bring it together that I have to concentrate hard to “suck” them from my temples (because they keep on moving to and fro), spin them around using my eyes and when I brought it down, it’s coldness lined on my throat down to the navel, like real water when you drink it.
This chi somehow spilled on my lip, neck, and some on my chest and they too feel cold.
Even the opening of my mouth feels cold too.
Right now I am venting to push these cold thing from my chest to the navel.
What do you guys think I am doing now?

which corresponds to water. The quality of water
is that it has a tendency to cool off and contract when it doesn’t
move. Since time has passed since you brought the sexual energy to your head, it has cooled. Moreover, earth chi has a cooling quality to it, and by
connecting to the earth, it helped cool things off a bit.You are likely to experience strange chi phenomenon until you get
things balanced in your body. You need to learn the microcosmic orbit
as soon as possible (see Qigong Fundamentals 2)I reiterate my comment and others that you should get the Fundamentals
DVDs and CDs and learn it as soon as possible to balance yourself out.S
July 13, 2008 at 3:21 pm #28728Its like sucking gooey mucus inside the brain and once I bring it down my front channel, it oozes down very slowly and alot of effort too. But I guess it is alot better than that swirling, prickly chi because it distracts me at work.
Since its cold is that better? Like the taoist saying: “Keep your head cool and your feet warm.” Because if it is hot, I might fry my brain?
July 16, 2008 at 5:36 pm #28730Hi
i’m practicing the basics myself from what you describe i think you should get some proffesional help i’m not from the states so i can’t really recommand of anyone. but i think you should find some therapist who has a level of familiarity with practices from the east. i think just trying to fix things with more practices is a partial solution.
good luck and take care.July 17, 2008 at 5:18 pm #28732Hello
I was thinking in the same way also. But not shore.
Perhaps an acupuncturist. But is that enough for such symtoms?

July 17, 2008 at 6:11 pm #28734Well from my experience sometimes it’s not the practice itself that causes the problem directly it just brings lets call them stuff from the unconciouns which could be felt also as stuck energy or emotional pain.
maybe it something from the past or maybe it something you are exposed to in daily life that causes the pressure so i think even a good therapist who can help you look at your life and lead you to realise what you can change or do in order to change and eventrully cure.
in short what i’m trying to say that it’s not just about making the chi go the correct way as to dealing with the underlying reason that causes the chi to act the way it is. i recommand going to a hipnotherapist because this realy helpd looking into what’s going on in the subconciouns.
well hope this helps
cyaJuly 19, 2008 at 6:06 am #28736Hello Jade bambo
Not shore.
If you use a method that almost shore will give you a problem, like forcing Jing to the brain, without any of the safeties that should be toghether with this. Then you have caused an energietic problem that perhaps best is fixed with energetic exercieses.
When the imbalance is fixed you see what problem is left and then might other methods be needed, perhaps.
My opinion on this.
