I somehow read the article about primordial and karma after reading few other articles, and that was it. I had to do it. It took me two hours to learn it from the DVD and another hour to do the whole form and sit after to enjoy the results.
I cannot believe it yet the level of centering and grounding.

I believe it will become part of my day as well, it is … I guess its difficult to describe 🙂
Anyway, if there are similar results (in terms of effectiveness) from deep healing chi kung maybe I should get that one too as it is suggested to complement the primordial…

I also love the form and practice it regularly, no matter what other forms or practices I am learning or working on.
