    I have gone trough fundamentals 3&4 …

    Breathing:

    Side handed posture > left & right trusting channels.
    Praying posture > core channel.

    I am not sure for forward handed posture > govern & conception vessel?

    I believe that is correct. He doesn’t say in the DVD but he does in the audio.

    I always just traditionally used the thrusting channel myself, but I actually like your variation of using governor/conception. It makes sense, and provides some nice variety to the other two positions.
