A year ago, I was searching for chi gong related sites that I stumbled upon a site
This a supposedly a collection of channelling by a being called hilarion. It spoke on various benefits of chi gong related stuff. Apart from meta physical exercises it mentioned something totally strange, that before going to breathrian stage of evolution we need to go back to our primal diet, that of raw meat, raw eggs, raw dairy, and raw vegetables for prime health and detoxyfying all the trash we have been injesting so far. I have tried it, so far raw meat has caused no food poisoning, raw fertile eggs have removed all the pimples from my face and i find that my energy levels are much better. This is a statement made after a year of consistant experimentation.
Hilarion gives reference of a man called Aajonus Vonderplanitz who is the expert on this subject. You all may want to study his work on the net and his book before you form any opinion. I was a strict vegetarian for 7 years but gave it up to try raw meat diet. So far it has been great for energy and muscle mass, althought raw diet is only 30% of my daily diet.
quick study of Aajonus Vonderplanitz work can be found on:

This is, I think, the major trouble with it. You have to be VERY careful about the stuff you eat, particularly meat. It also gets expensive. But I think it’s a perfectly valid diet, as is a vegan one, as is one of cooked foods.
My own view is that our body is made to be adaptable — i.e., to process all manner of diverse foods. So I think that once you get to eating good whole foods, all the dogmatic variations on diet (vegan/vegetarian/macrobiotic/etc) are kind of irrelevant.
I view the two pillars of physical health to be diet and exercise (in which I include things like qigong and meditation). Of those two, I think exercise is by far the more important to overall health.

To not bring any of this yang fire to our food is to create imbalance to a part of our minds that have evolved from its use. However, perhaps that is the point. We are too yang as a whole and need this sort of retro approach? baba
April 30, 2005 at 9:41 am #5267The “invention” of cooked food was in only one sense setting us apart from the animal kingdom: by cheating our taste buds. A raw food of original kind will “tell you” or your body in response to it very quickly when to stop eating, as it either then gets poisonous or has given you enough of what you need. Modern times has found a way around that natural mechanism. Maybe a necessary step for survival reasons but definitely not one towards health.
Nevertheless: there is a reason to be careful with raw food. Parasites for example that might be desastrous to you. Only a clean body might be able to handle them, but those that only do it “parttime” should consider parasite cleanses on a continuous basis…
