Dear Michael:

I have studied all the way up through Star Alchemy with you and Mantak’s materials..

wondering what you think about kidney and genital inversion practices..

i have never heard any exercises specifically targeted at reversing the poles on these..

but this evening it occurred to me that i should start reversing poles within my kidneys and later genitals to get deep jing coordinated with higher stellar frequencies

any thoughts?

No one has replied, maybe try out what you are asking about and reply back with your results or insight and include his name in the title. Seems a lot of practices are about polarity.
