Hello
During my practise with Bone Breathing, which start with breathing in and out from the La- Gong points (Dragon and Tiger points in the midle of the hands), my Bubbling spring point did also breath alot of energy in and out, without my focus at the feets.
I wonder how this points are connected, which I suppose they are, especially after this wery strong energetic awakening of the bubbling spring while working with the la gong points.
Of course I can se the obvious similarities betwean the points to be located in the midle of the hands and in the midle of the foots. And also located at the same place if you see the foot as a hand or vice versa.
I have also heard that both of the points, or more rightly all four, are perhaps one of the strongest points for energy transference with the suroundings.
Just wondering if there is something more interesting to say about this connection.

There is a Tao Yin exercise with the name
“Water Up and Fire Down”, which connects
and involves both the Lao-Gong Pericardium-8 points
and the Bubbling Well Kidney-1 points. The purpose of the exercise is to redistribute
heat through the body, so that areas that are too hot
are cooled and areas that are too cold are warmed. In particular, the excess heart fire is brought down
to the kidneys to warm them, as well as warming
and relaxing the psoas muscle in the lower back.Best,

Yes, you are right! Actually I am wery familiar with that exercise. Have done it many times during the last year. One of my favorites during the summer, in combination with the lotus flower meditation from same program in the tao yin book.
