I simply think that certain things can really be also dangerous.

I for example saw once interview of young finnish male-to-female transsexual who had started to understand how he/she became as he/she was.

For he/she had been for years autosexually active while imagining that he is actually a she.

I also find it very likely that he already felt like a woman,
and just couldn’t admit to himself, and only just started
exploring it sexually. Later, claiming the need for a
“sex change” as a result, I think is simply an excuse.

People don’t engage in “fantasies” for no reason.
There is typically some truth behind the whole thing.
