Hello,
I have two books from Mantak: one suggest to concentrate on the orbit right off. The other to ‘heaten the stove’, then proceed with concentration on the points.
In the second book, btw, he suggests to concentrate on the spots, AND to let the chi do his job. Isn’t that a contradiction?
thank you very much

S,
With much of this stuff, experimenting and going at it from several different angles often pays off well. You’ll find that your body responds better to different methods at different times, and this varies even more from person to person.

Hi S.
I think M. Winn has a video presenting something like the 10-best ways to open the orbit, why the need for 10 if there is one best way? Maybe not one best way, each person will respond in different ways.

Can you say what’s the title of this video?
thanks
