In Awaken Healing Light it mentions the 72 transformations thet Monkey King made, and how developing those, in lucid dreaming (dream yoga) would help for practice in real life. I am looking for any more information on this, such as a list of the 72 transformations or how to work with this technique.
Journey to the West is a classic, and the Monkey King is a main character in it. I haven’t read it, and so don’t know if the 72 transformations are in it.. its sure long enough. 🙂
