vegetables are much better and fruit nearly unnecessary
meat is OK but WAY too much consumer gluttony..perhaps a 1% diet option
excess bread and meat are leaving americans fat and dead at 60

i think the ida pingala works best on a light diet… light food, lots of water, some vegetables stoking the fire, water needs minerals to create electrical conductivity so most warer = death

robust ecercise is the answer.. some swimming, basketball, football, soccer etc
