    Did write alot but it disaepered. Pushing the wrong buttom. Shit!

    Another go:

    There have been some changes in my practises lately.

    1 I was on my way to stop the meditation on original cavity beacase I don’t know why I’m doing it and was a litle bit bored over it. One way to owercome this is to deepen the practise. The steps of the practises is.

    A focusing on the original cavity and breathing in a special way untill you see some light or two channels open.

    B Change to another breathing method and count 12 heartbeats on each exhale

    C Change to 36 heartbeats on each exhale.

    D Some more steps until you not breath at all! Real breathing!

    I have tried C for some times but failed. Lately though I found a method to do this that worked. Using Yudeloves breathing method in three steps filling the abdomen including expansion of the lower back and the sides. Next filling the midle part around the diafragm and at last realy fill the upper inside of the lungs with air. If then on the exhale wait some heatbeats before starting it and then just let so litle air go out each moment that you can handle. Sometimes stop a litle bit not breathing. And to also do the out breath from the three parts one in a while I managed to do this.

    The exiting part of it was during the hardship at the end of the outbreath when nearly totaly out of breath there developed heat in my body!

    The question is if this is some blockage loosing up or if it looses energy in the long run. I’m in for the first explanation. I have to make things change also to be better so it will be interesting to see what happens with this in the near future.

    2 Yesterday while araiving home after a bus ride late at night I was realy cold. Did try wendy aproach didn’t work beacase the cold did hurt to much. After a milk garlic drink. Stopping the urge to look at porn. Trying Wendys again heating up the room even more and another blanket. Changing to my old aproach with suns under the bubbling springs and alternating with a hot sun ower the stomach. It did feel better.

    Realising that the suns under the bubbling spring stopes energy leakages from the kidney during this cold period.

    Then later when warmer experimenting with love feelings arising out of themselves and going in to the feelings. (wendys) I did at least fall to sleep.

    Did wake up sweating alot a few times and changed clothes and wake up a few times with an erection. Love feelings and garlic turns you on!

    Stopping the energy leakage from porn. The porn stuff realy makes you feel like a lower class person as do junk food and other bad things draining your energy. This is a much better approach.

    3 Have learned from tao bums to do some breathing from the abdomen to the ming men and then from the solar plexus to the chi chung. Just a few minutes before go to sleep to streangten the kidneys.
