Does anyone know of any good ways to get feet into full lotus position in a manner which will not hurt the ankles as bad as when done? or is the hurting supposed to happen naturally and then go away when we progress?

what i posted was ONLY my understanding of things, it doesn’t represent the teachings of falun dafa, you can check it out on the website http://www.falundafa.org it’s FREE on there.

here;s the post i was talking about :

Well- the answer to that post as far as my understanding goes is that one has to learn to endure and cultivate their morality and the lotus position should be easy
