$8 at meditationexpert.com. This practice is absolutely amazing and I highly recommend it. It is very similar to iron shirt and bone breathing but is a static visualization practice that develops stillness qualities and is easier to understand and follow. It requires some anatomy charts as well so you know exactly where your bones are. Especially for people who could benefit from more earth energy such as people who are too spacey, martial artists, dancers, healers. Simultaneously builds and locks in jing qualities and seems to make jing retention easier. Bodri says that superpowers are easy to cultivate with this practice when done with absolute jing retention.
Goes well when done after Winn’s primordial chikung. Doing both of these will really set me up as a healer. That’s my new 10 year goal!

November 18, 2004 at 5:30 pm #1978Your gonna be a healer? What happened to becoming a tantra sex master? Has Mrs. Yoda signed on to this change in goals? Just asking.
Also, is the $8 meditation any different from the one he sent out in his newsletter?
Thanks.
November 18, 2004 at 7:34 pm #1980I think that a tangible, practical, attainable “in one lifetime” goal would be to develop psychic healing ability.
I didn’t get the newsletter, but the pamphlet is only eight pages and the practice itself can be covered entirely in one sentence, so I’m sure the e-mail was more than sufficient. Have you tried it?
I’ve fallen in love with primordial and white skeleton and they are both full-on third eye healing practices but the sexual practices are also a vital dimension of this path too.
I’m basically combining my previous standing practice with the white skeleton visualization to be done after a primordial chikung set. That pretty much makes me a stoner.

November 20, 2004 at 3:49 pm #1982Nice I just did that meditation. Its very similar to bone marrow nei kung. Difference is he does not tell you to breath into fingers, just toes. Then chi goes up skeleton to crown. Instead of having the fingers bone chi meet with the feet at the ming men he says to picture the bones GONE. This creates a void whereby the Chi flows into the ming men! I like it.
Ill have super powers in no time!
I gotta get my hands on that primordial chi kung too.
