    Lynna

I’ve been a student of UHT for a few years now. Already being a natural intuitive/psychic has made everyday situations very difficult and quite interesting. It can go both ways. Sometimes it’s great and sometimes I can’t even be around other people. My body vibrates and shakes when I get psychically overloaded. I call it the psychic jitters haha. Despite this, I am deeply devoted to the practices and want to cultivate my spirit to the highest levels of practice. It seems as though the more I progress, the more sensitive my natural abilities become. Without proper grounding, on certain days it can become quite disturbing and unstable. I currently practice one of the 8 iron shirt postures. (Standing like a tree) This posture is extremely grounding and seems to help a lot. Nevertheless I still  become too sensitive for interacting with the world on a daily basis. I can really feel that the more my consciousness develops the more sensitive and ungrounded I become. I begin to feel everything. And I mean everything. And not in a pleasant way.
I would love to hear from other psychics and intuitives that feel the same way. And what practices do you use to ground yourself? 🙂
