    Thanks Trunk.
    Of course, movement is easy to learn by observation, which isn’t possible from a book – as there’s no motion or fluidity in illustrations, even if it’s accompanied by explanation,
    So I’ll get the dvd as you suggest.

    “Getting paid for study hours” – I wish.

    Standing practices are key to rooting. “The Book of Nei Kung” by C.K. Chu is a good instructional book.

    I’m a bit typed out. Maybe someone else could answer your rooting ?s more extensively.
