As many of you know, sexual energy used without the prerequisite training can harm. Now I have seen some other books about inner smile, six sounds etc. and they have a clear warning on the very first page.
This is the reason I am quite hesitant to practice one of them after my unguided experience with Chia’s multi-orgasmic man.
So my question is what exactly can happen if I did it wrong?
What are the usual practices that involves this error?
How can I make sure I wont make this mistake?

It is not so much about knowing the prerequisite training so that you can do the sexual techiques right.
If you do sexual techiques like Mantak Chias you need to do other practises as well to ballnce yourself. This is true for everybody all the time!
Sexual energy is what builds you up physically mentally emotionally and psycholigically. The sexual energy is the creative force that makes you the one you are.
The problem is that if you do this sorts of practises when you draw up sexual energy to the head. You start a process that is sort of turning fuel on fire. Everything in you expand with the sexual energy. The problem with this is that if you for instance have an emotional imballance the sexual energy makes it much worse. It increases everything that already is. So if you do it without emotionally ballncning exercises you might get wery big emotional problem.
On the other side to just take up sexual energy to the head without grounding and routing and storing in the tan tien, is wery dangerous.
The things Mantak Chia is writing about, and others, is what is cald a Kundalini Psychosis. This is a wery dangerous and bad mental state. You not want to reach.
To work with energy generally is wery powerful and might be dangerous if you not know what you are doing, thats the reason for the importance of having teachers that have reached higher levels than yourself and that have gaing understuning and experiences of higher form of energies.
Qi is the mild form of energy, that also in it self might be dangerous to work with.
Jing is sexual energy. It is wery much more dence than qi. If qi is like water Jing is like syrup, to work with. So if qi might be dangerous to work with, Jing is much more on all levels. This is the reason why it might take some time before you have setled down your energy in your head.
“So my question is what exactly can happen if I did it wrong? ”
Psychosis and imballances
“What are the usual practices that involves this error? ”
Be extra careful with all practises involving sexual energy. Or that are causing any kind of discomfort. Learn the basics before moving on to higher levels. Learn the exersises that not are especially dangerous. Always collect the energy at the tan-tien after each session of any work with energy. Don´t ruch things, work with patience. Find a teacher that feels good for you.
Other dangerous practises might be:
Breathing exercises on a to high level
Packing energy with breathing exercises incorectly or with to much effort
Kundalini yoga
Working against what feels to be in the comfort zone“How can I make sure I wont make this mistake? ”
Find a teacher in a trustworthy system. Don´t follow leaders think for yourself. Build one peace at a time beginning with the ground and not go higher than you are ready for.
Grounding

Emotional ballance
Peace of mind
Calm and peacfulGood luck

July 16, 2008 at 12:56 am #28746There’s a risk with anything you do in life of course, but
certain things have serious risks, while others have almost none.Sexual energy risks you know about, but . . .
There is *very little* to worry about with
the Inner Smile, Six Healing Sounds, and Microcosmic Orbit.
They are designed to be safe, and moreover are used
in other practices as safety outlets.A good intro books are “Way of the Inner Smile” E-book by
Michael Winn (free for download on this website) and/or
“Taoist Ways to Transform Stress Into Vitality” by M. Chia.Personally, I don’t recommend learning from books–with the
exception of maybe the very basic practices of the Inner Smile
and Six Healing Sounds. It’s much better to get DVDs/CDs or
learn it live.If you get the Qigong Fundamentals DVDs and CDs and just follow them,
you should have no problems. If you want live instruction, find a Healing Tao instructor and
sign up for their workshop/retreat/class in Qigong Fundamentals 1-2 (also
known as Tao Basics). This covers Inner Smile, Six Healing Sounds,
Microcosmic Orbit and supportive qigong.Best,
