I attended your last class at Tao Mountain this past summmer. You mentioned directing chi into the blood (rabbit) recently. I have started doing this practice resulting in a lot of energy for myself. My question is what are some guidelines and/or limits in this specific practice? Thank you.

I cannot go into specifics on this method in this forum.
There is a more advanced version of the practice for opening the eight extraordinary channels which I will begin teaching as part of Fusion 2/3.

Tapes cost $ to produce and the logistics for retreats take a lot of work and business acumen and I am glad that Micheal is there to do that. He is a great and creative practioner, and humorous teacher. The humor alone is a sign of his healthy approach to the Tao. We wouldn’t have access to the teaching without someone like him. If you want to grovel at someone’s feet and withdraw from the world do it. The Nothingness must refer to what’s between your ears not any attainment, or nonattainment for that matter.
I heard that immortals all had trades where they could develop some cash money and proceed from there. This doesnt mean you have to be a part of the system. Of course these meditations should be free, I’m sure Michael realizes this for his own karma, he will have to soon.
One must contribute to society if they expect anything back from it. So do your part and buy his tapes, if you cant afford them check out the book Spiritual Qi Gong by david twicken, it is the next best thing and costs 11 dollars. I was about to post a question about this book, wondering about the safety of the practices in it in a new thread. But yes, it contains all 9 formulas of internal qi GONG
