Question for Winn on Star Alc. and THE NOSE

I know your question is for Michael but I thought I’d give you a lead until he gets to answer you.

As you probably know, the nose, sinuses, bronchial tubes and lungs are all part of the respiratory/lung organ system, and all the organ systems are energetically connected to and fed by the lower dantien (ldt). So it’s not your nose separate from anything else.

There must be some kind of clearing and reorganizing going on. You may help the process you’re going through by meditating on the ldt and allowing its energy to “tone” your lung system. I am up to Greatest K & L so I can’t speak directly about Star Alchemy, but I understand it is more oriented to the skull and so you may just be opening up there more.

I’ll bet acupuncture would help to balance you.

Hi Digdug,

The short answer to your question is that I connect with the planets exactly the same way I connect with everything else which has preceded that step – I do it intuitively.

The dictionary definition of “intuition” is: The ability to perceive truth directly without the aid of rational means. This is the function of the right brain- the ability to perceive things holistically. The left brain perceives linearly and so cannot see the big picture. WHEN YOU GO INTO YOUR “THINKING” MIND YOU LOSE THE ABILITY TO MAKE THE CONNECTION YOU ARE TRYING TO MAKE. This can create a lot of frustration. Let that be something you smile to rather than react to. In other words, if you get frustrated by any of this, relax, breathe and create some inner space. Too much thinking makes one’s space small. Don’t indulge in it.

The longer answer is that I follow one step at a time from basic smiling and setting up my field, through fusion, then steaming, then greater K & L. If you have followed me so far and can feel (and I MEAN feel) the presence of the sun and the moon and how they work together in your body/mind, then you should have no trouble extrapolating that out to the planets. They are just bodies like the moon, only farther away. I simply think of each one, and the direction it is in from my body, and I intend (INTEND) to have a connection. Intention starts everything going.

It is absolutely necessary to experience these processes as a relationship with the bodies AND the directions you are communicating with. Relationship and communication are the primary words for all this stuff. The planets are living beings and they are really inside you. Each one of the external planets connects to and is energetically resonant with an organ system inside your physical body. If you really relax deeply and ask for it to happen, it will. And it will happen at least somewhat differently from anyone else.

So what I have done to “make it work” is to simply set things up and be open. My body knows what to do naturally because these processes are not artificial, they are organic. I allow things to develop and smile through it. This is very important. It keeps me open.

I am aware that you have had particular trouble with connecting to Venus. You need to stay out of your head about the metal element question and show your trust in the universe to teach you as you go along. I picture Venus out in space to my right as a glowing white ball with the characteristics that I identify it with. This is a feeling thing. I feel the feeling of metal energy as I know it. That is the same as the feeling of the metal I feel as my lung organ. I use the sounds Michael has taught, which work really well for me, and I intend the connection. This is exactly what I do with all the other bodies. Then I allow them to do whatever they will do.

Over time the process has taken on a life of its own to the degree that I mostly have to spend very little time setting up the preliminaries unless there is some specific work to be done at those earlier levels. I can almost “jump” into planetary alignment and BE inside of Saturn with my Earth, feeling the other four planets presences in there also.

Again, it is important to remember that you are not trying to go outside of yourself to do this. The planets are already inside you and energetically resonating with you from space. You are the center of it all. All you have to do is want to feel that. The picture is quite secondary but can help you focus.

A word about Venus-

Venus is the planet of attraction. It has magnetism. It is yin and feminine. It pulls (things) toward itself and this is what metal element/phase is about. It collects and compresses, holds form. (Mars, by comparison is yang and generates outwardly, moving things.) If you meditate on it you will get your own version of this in your own words.

Try to let the pictures and feelings in my statements evoke a response in you.

The objective materialist seem to have gotten into doubts regarding left-right hemisphere functions (see link)
Swann essays reveal that while intuition is direct contact, it is meaning that is the way of digestion. Thus all that one intuits he digests via layers of meaning patterns.
Process of cognition (giving/getting/… meaning) does not mean an intelectual process disconnected from emotional process on the way to baser gestalts/forces.

Sure, it has to be a balance of the two sides. No one operates from just one side though one has a tendency because of one’s beliefs/evolutionary level to favor either smaller or larger perceptions of the universe. One’s intuition is the ability to perceive holistically and that of course has to be given “meaning” in the “real world” or it is useless. But there must be a reason that we have come to focus on the right brain as the intuitive center and perhaps it has something to do with the daoist understanding of the right side of the body being yin/receptive. I guess we’ll see. -A

Yes. There are some stars in between.
The question is what is the pole star in between those (two, or more if other stars are included) times, when there is no exact ‘pole star’, the pole of the star.
What is the body of heaven (?) center then.
Then come the greater centers of galaxies as the next order of things.
