    I’ve heard it called the wave–the first variation of this exercise I learned. But ocean breating sounds even groovier as a name for an ancient exercise, to be sure : )

    Gabriel Roth has a great video, The Wave, sweat your prayers. Its music and free form dance set to ‘universal’ beats. Free style gi gung and a great work out.
