Hello Michael or anybody
I do the meditation on the original cavity daily since the summer. Also tried some other stuff from Hsi Lais book “The sexual teaching of the jade dragon.”
My questions:
Is the original cavity a part of the UT.
If so when is it apropriate to have it in your practise. At which level.
And a question on the work of Hsi Lai:
Have you got any knowledge of the exercises from the white tigress/tiger. And if or not if, what do you think about this practise.
Well found out that Yudelove speaks about it in “100 days…” and in conection to third eye and pituatuary gland.
I see wery easy light now days even when doing other practises like M.C.
Its a sign of that the master the original mind is being restored to its right place and being the silent ruler of your mind. According to Yudelove.
