    1. Has anyone read the book “Qigong Meditation” by Yang Jwing-Ming? Is it a worth buy?
    2. Which are the best books on the “Taoist Inner Alchemy” (Nei Kung)?
    3. Which books of Mantak Chia are recommended? I don’t know if his new books are so good as his earlyer.

Well, as far as #2 is concerned, I like David Twicken’s Spiritual Qigong. It is practical and to the point!

I have not come across another book of it’s caliber on internal alchemy, more precisely one clouds formulas…

not familiar with the twicken book, but in general i like to avoid reading on such topics as these. 10 minutes of practice is better and can take you farther than months of reading. it’s all in the qi field. read that.

    Mr. Squarepants,

I agree, practice first ๐Ÿ™‚ I was trying to say that this book is special becuase it describes in detail what to practice and follows the HT approach.

    Inner Peace,

    Matt
