Hello all =)
So I have this device called a Rejuvinizer that, among other things, blocks harmful effects of radiation from things like TVs, computers, etc. I got this device because about a year ago i became very sensitive to malevolent energies, especially from ‘EMFs’. When I say EMFs in this context, I’m basically just talking about the ones from electronic devices. More can be found about the rejuvinizer at this web page:
http://lighthealing.com/i came to that level of sensitivity because there was a chi deviation in my head which cause a split of sorts in my energy body, so it wasnt that i was super sensitive on the edges of it, but stuff could simply go inside =(. i had lightly referenced this in other posts but didnt focus on it. so the rejuvinezer helps, i can tell the difference when i have it with me and when i dont, although i can still feel effects of emfs to a lesser degree.
i’ve been practicing Primordial Qigong for a week or two now and i wonder if im missing something, if im not taking it all in. after doing the form i feel the wuji (gratefully =), but i still wonder if im not bringing myself into balance with these energies. i remember before i bought the rejuvinizer i was talking to a lady on the phone (who was not the person who made the device) and i told her that i did not want my spirituality to depend on it. she didn’t understand what i meant.
i recently thought that i cant take the rejuvinzer with me after death, or if i become immortal then what happens? i go through that process but then when i all of the sudden dont have the rejuvinizer i’m out of balance with so much, and then i suppose i would not be in a favorable position, i would probably remortalize and be pretty out of balance.
so how do y’all protect yourselves from, bring yourselves in balance with EMFs? i think ive heard Mantak Chia say that these practices can help protect you from them. i remind myself that nothing exists outside of yin-yang-yuan, and that some qigong masters go through tests where they have to pass huge currents of electiricity through themselves. and what about crystals, or any other trinket? this could be one of the reasons why taoists are so minimal in their clothes and posessions, so they can be in balance as they are.
how do you heal chi diversions? it’s not as bothersome as it used to be, with and without the rejuvinizer.
i kind of want to stop carrying it with me (i have it with me for all but like 2 hours every day when im in the shower and doing some other stuff), but i also dont know how to drop the security blanket, and it’s hard for me to believe that these practices can protect us from EMFs from my past experiences with them (and current as i sit at this computer), and especcially since i still have some damage in my head.
lol, i thought i had more to say, but that’s enough for now. any comments, and advice on this welcome.

January 28, 2009 at 1:07 pm #30355No shame in working from both ends to try and solve your puzzles. If you go through the healing tao system you will find all sorts of practices that may help. But having friends and partners like herbs and other externals can help. You can even consider the practices them selves as wonderful friends and partners on your way. It is our puzzles or negativity or agitations that often light the fire under our asses to move us forward in life, to keep exploring. I personally like to us more spiritual technology aka my bodies, I have found that unlocking our personal technology will ultimately become our rejuvinizer(it is also cheaper :)).

January 28, 2009 at 8:20 pm #30357Hi Ryan,
There are stories of Taoist immortals or near-immortals
that became so skillful that they could be outside in
below zero temperatures with little protection from the
elements–yet they felt no discomfort or sensitivity to cold. However, I’m not that skilled, so when its below zero outside,
I wear a heavy coat!Likewise, if you have not strengthened your body-mind-spirit
to the point where it can “ignore” these EMF energies, then
there is nothing wrong with your use of your external aid.If and when–however–you do strengthen yourself so that you don’t
engage these energies and so that you don’t let them
dictate/influence your being, then you’ll find that you’ll
naturally no longer have any need for such an external device. At that point, you’ll simply discard it.
I guess the point I’m making is, is to not worry about it.
Aside: As to how you drop something, you just drop it.
Example: Since I was a kid, I wore a watch CONSTANTLY–even while
sleeping. It only came off for a few minutes during showering.
Last year, I decided to stop wearing one. I had decided that
nothing in this world was so important it had be done at a
certain time, and there was no reason to live my life by a watch (I
sort of realized that by being dependent on a watch, it was
making my decisions for me–rather than me making the decisions
for me). I figured that if I really really needed to know the time,
I’d find a clock somewhere, or I’d fish into my pocket for my cell phone.
It was hard to let go of. I had become so dependent on it.
But I just took it off, and never looked back. It was unsettling
at first–I’d keep looking at my wrist even though I had no watch on.
That eventually went away, but what I soon discovered was how much more
joy I had. Even though I had the same schedule to keep during the day,
everything seemed more relaxed. Time became less important. Things
would take as long as they needed to take. If things needed to be
done by a certain time, and they weren’t–then oh well.At any rate, I digress, but the point is, if you want to drop something,
you just drop it. If you can’t drop it, then you aren’t ready yet
to move on. In the latter case, it doesn’t mean anything bad–it
just means it is not yet the right moment; that’s all.Sort of a long-winded monologue, but the point I guess is
“Don’t worry about it. If you cultivate long enough, these
problems take care of themselves.”S

Thanks. I still want to ask how y’all specifically feel you relate to EMFs.
As for dropping things, yeah, i’ve done it before too, and well that’s one of the main parts of the pursuit of Tao. I guess it’s more something i want to do than truly feel i’m ready for, i kind of want to do it out of fear and worry of those things i described above (i.e. not being in balance without it, especially after working towards balance while using it). But i suppose it could also be looked at like stopping the use of medication when you get to a certain point in qigong practice. One question about the practice of primordial qigong. I have the audio but have only listened to a little bit of it. Can you tell me, on the Heaven gatherings do you gather Yin (Female, Moon) into the left side with the right hand (so it crosses over from the right), or use the right hand to scoop down what’s already on the left (Yang, Male, Sun)?
Thank you

I try to have my energy body ignore their influence, and just tune it
out as background noise. Again, everyone on a subtle level chooses
whether they want to resonate with something or not. It’s not something
I choose to resonate with, so I don’t. Moreover, once or twice a year
I go into a hermitage which just so happens to be in a remote location
away from electromagnetic noise, and use such a time to restructure
in the event there were any subtle influence . . . BUT ultimately you
have to come into harmony with your environment, regardless of what
that environment is. Everything ultimately stems from the lifeforce, so
what are you trying to hide from? If you feel like you are being attacked,
then you will be.>>>So basically keep practicing =)
>>>As for dropping things, yeah, i’ve done it before too,
>>>and well that’s one of the main parts of the pursuit of Tao.
>>>I guess it’s more something i want to do than truly feel i’m ready for,You are really only successful when both the “mental want” and
the “internal readiness” are on the same page. If these are in disagreement,
then any action amounts to forcing. Forcing never works and just
creates more problems. Thus rather than putting energy into forcing,
put energy into cultivation–which helps to align your mental wants
with your internal readiness. When the alignment happens, things
occur naturally without effort.Oftentimes resistance to change is really just underlying fear.
By putting energy into cultivation, the part that is afraid starts to
feel safe, and starts to realize that everything will in fact be OK.
Then you will resonate a true feeling with no internal conflict that
you don’t need XXX, and you will simply drop it without any thought
whatsoever.>>>But i suppose it could also be looked at like stopping the
>>>use of medication when you get to a certain point in qigong practice.Yeah. This is it basically.

When I do the practice I don’t usually think about the action of the left
and right hands as being different during the Heaven cycle. I sort
of feel like the whole movement is being done from the yuan space
and there’s no differentiation. In that sense, you are just acting as
a conduit helping to bring what’s above, down to below. In other words,
there is really just above/below; then the left/right is just circumstantial–moreover, since you are doing ten movements, left and right are balancing anyway. If you did want to separate the two, my intuition seems to suggest that
you’d be gathering yin from the right and bringing it into the yang left side,
and conversely–and then the mixing of the yin and yang creates yuan with
your body as the birthing chamber. After all, the movement of your
arms forms a vesica pisces with the eye of the intersection coinciding
with your body. However, these are just random rough thoughts on my end, so
maybe someone else can provide you with more insight.S
