Most programs are geared for getting a PhD and the job situation isn’t stellar at the moment. I got an MA in Buddhist Studies at Naropa in Boulder, CO and it was outstanding. You can get a BA at Naropa and also take classes at U. of Colorado and split it up. The psychology program at Naropa is very good too.
