    how’s this for a beginner’s schedule?

five animals & healing sounds 10 min
iron shirt qigong 15-30 min (objective is really good grounding)
    microcosmic orbit 10 min
    inner smile 10-26 min
tai chi for enlightenment/primordial qigong 15-20 min

    total 1 hr – 1 hr 30 min

any suggestions or improvements on this schedule?

i also already practice 30 min simple silent meditation a day… so trying to make schedule as short as possible with maximum benefit

    thanks

    Sounds good to me.
The best schedule is the one that you find works the best for you. 🙂
. . . the one that gives you a lot of excitement to practice, keeps you
interested, and gives you fulfillment . . . that’s really the important thing.
