This exercise from healing love I haven’t done before. It seems like a wery good exercise for me. I had even forgot that it existed.
I did it the first time today and felt tremendous power and heat in the body!!
Benefits according to Yudelove: For male
1 Inhibit the apetite
2 Tremendous bost of sexual energy and streangten of Jing qi
3 Relive conditions of low energy and fatigue!!!!!
4 Greatly magnefies the benefits of testicle breathing
5 Quickly energies your body if you are feeling down or weak!!!!
6 Reduce nervousness and insomnia!!!!!
7 Prevent pramature ejaculation and wet dreams
8 Streangtens the muscles of the entire sexula region
9 Calm down overexcited sexual desire!!!!!!I felt the power of this exercise while doing it. Perhaps it will also help me with a hormonal inbalance. To much sex hormone DHEA which is the ground molecyle for the cortisol which I have to low of. Which is the cause of my low adrenals and perhaps my fatigue and cold.
I feel like this might be a solution to my problem!!!!!!
So will learn it firts in a slow rate during this mounth and perhaps then ad it to my daily practise!
Wery shooked about that I have forot about it and that it seems to be so powerful. Especially curious with the warm feeling from it. Se if it could higten my heat in my body in the long run.

I don’t know anything about the particular practice you mention,
since I don’t know any of the Healing Love techniques–however,
I’m glad that you have discovered something to play with that
seems to provide you some benefit. As far as creating heat in the body, a few thoughts came
to mind from my own practice–I don’t know how they compare
to this one–but I thought I’d share some experiences you
might consider playing with. There are a few practices I’ve found that tend to get heat flowing
in the body for me:1. Alchemical Crane
This is one of the forms of one of the Five Animals that
Michael actually created. It mixes the fire and water energies
in your body to create an alchemical steam. Personally,
I’ve found that if I practice this a lot, I get really
warm–in particular, in my kidney region. I’ve found that
extended practice of this form, for me, tends to activate
the sexual energy and generates a fire-type feeling in
the kidneys. See the QF1 video for practice instructions.2. Bathing Sequence in the Deep Healing Qigong form
This is a part of the Deep Healing Qigong form.
Among other things, from my understanding it activates
the “macrocosmic orbit”. I don’t tend to warm in any
one place, but sort of uniformly warm when I do it.
The effect seems to be stronger if you do the
extended/advanced version where you repeat the 3×3 bathing
sequence in each of the 5 directions corresponding to
the 5 elements in the form. The only caveat here is that
if you practice this, you should kind of build up to the
full practice, as when you do it–it washes out the
old programming and brings in new patterns–so if you
do it excessively/do the extended version in your first
few practices it can make you feel a bit swimmy in the
head. It’s really powerful and cleans you out good.
See the Deep Healing Qigong video for practice instructions.3. Tao Yin
Any of the Tao Yin practices that focus specifically
on the lumbar region and especially the ones that
tend to lengthen and stretch the lumbar–bringing the
lumbar closer to the ground, creates warmth in me.
The kidney region which is near the lumbar tends to
get especially warm.I don’t know if any of these would have the same effect
on you, but something to consider trying if you get bored.Best,
Steven -
