Michael states that it’s best to become proficient in the emotional practice before proceeding to sexual practice because inner turmoil can become magnified. While clearing and opening the emotions, how could one still be wise in conserving sexual energy? Is ejaculation a complete waste of energy? What happens to lost semen – does it take permanently from the vital organs?
Thanks.
December 5, 2007 at 5:43 pm #26517Hello getfunky
Perhaps a good idea is to follow the old tradition and keep a sertain kind of frequency regarding how often to have ejaculations.
I’m a follower of Mantak Chias aproach and have started the healing love before the fusion. Still think Michaels aproach is wery wise!
I think before you are at a sertain level you don’t benefit from not having any ejaculations or wery rare ones. So keeping a frequency that not is to demanding but not to free should be the best for you.
I can’t anwer your last quetion don’t know the answer. Perhaps someone else.

>>be wise in conserving sexual energy?Well, if you haven’t learned sexual practices yet, I’d recommend the
following:1. Avoid looking at porn and sexual imagery.
Ultimately this will drain your energy. It’s like sugar and caffeine.
It will get you juiced in the moment, but you’ll be more
drained afterward. Your sexual energy gets expressed through the
liver, and the eyes are the energetic opening to the liver. Too much
visual stimulation will affect the liver negatively.2. Avoid too much loud and intense music.
The ears are the energetic opening to the kidneys. Too much
loud and intense music/sounds will drain the kidneys–and hence
your sexual energy since the kidneys are the battery for it.
For instance, put the IPOD aside.3. Do the six healing sounds more.
This will help clear out toxic chi that is stuck in your
kidney and liver regions, which will help them be less
energetically taxed–and thus they will feel more energized.4. Keep sexual activity/masturbation activity to a moderate level.
Being excessive will drain your energy, and not provide an
ample recharge time. Being overly strict in avoidance will
create frustration and internal tension if you haven’t learned
sexual techniques.>>Is ejaculation a complete waste of energy?
This depends on what you mean by complete waste.
If you want kids, then it’s not.
If you haven’t become advanced enough to separate
orgasm from ejaculation, then you’re denying some
of the desire/pleasure of life–and you’re denying
that you’re alive. The body doesn’t like this.
What would you hope to use the energy for instead?Could you learn to reduce or possible eliminate
ejaculation (while still keeping orgasms)? Yes,
it is certainly possible. There are different
sexual practices that one can learn to achieve this–both
Healing Tao methods and elsewhere.>What happens to lost semen – does it take permanently from the vital organs?
There are different schools of thought on this one.
My personal take is no, because the dantien is an infinite
reservoir of chi–and once you learn enough techniques, you
can draw from at will. This chi can then be used to rejuvenate
any part of the body. This means that theoretically any
energy lost or taken from the body/vital organs can ultimately
be replaced. Of course, this requires skill. There are plenty of wacky things that people do with
spent semen also–from reconsuming it, to using as an
ingredient in magic spells, to supercharging talismans with
it, to using it as an energetic lubricant/lotion on other
weakened areas of the body, and on and on.However–even if you don’t do anything with it, in my opinion,
any energy “lost” can be regained through other methods,
so I don’t think it’s too much to worry about–although I would try
to avoid excessive ejaculation at any rate.S
