    Dear all,

Im tracking herbology these days. The thread I follow is this name, Sheng Neng.
All I know is that he was a Chinese emperor.
    And legendary inventor of tea.
If there are any of you already on the topic, please share some resources.

    Thank You,

    E, Manuel

This is Ron Teeguarden’s website. Very complete herbal info including research on many of them. I’ve found it very helpful. Good luck -Alexander

How did you find it helpful, can you be a little more specific?
Also, I specifically look for some source connected with Sheng Neng s stuff.
    Thank you.

I thought you were looking for good sources of herbal info in general.
I use Teeguarden’s website as a learning and reference point. It’s easy to use and there is a lot of information about many individual herbs as well as formulas, and includes scientific studies on many of them. Go look and see for yourself. Maybe it will add to what you’ve already got. Best, A
