Michael talks about kidneys and getting down on the floor on the Sexual Vitality DVD. At night I’ve been sitting before bed, even if only for a short time, and I’ve found this very helpful in absorbing cool calming refreshing energy – which has improved my sleep. Used to sit often on floor cross legged, but with change to more sitting on edge of chair and more standing/moving practice somehow my system wasn’t getting enough of the earth grounding wire energy for balance. Mention this because it was puzzling me why I felt so ungrounded despite lots of grounding in other ways, the standing and moving. Mention it also in case this is useful to someone else as well, especially re transition from yoga to taoist practice.
