Just to say I am not sure this Taoist business is for me and am absenting myself. I will probably order some of Michael’s stuff in Spiring/Summer next year. I wish all of you the very best of luck, NN

    .freeform.

I wonder why the sudden decision – but as always: follow your bliss. If you do, however, decide to have some non-taoist discussions please feel free, I’m always interested.

    All the best,

I enjoyed your presence on this forum, your non-average language was like cream on the pie. Good luck on your path.

And if your going is because of the annoying bug dumping some shit once a while, just ignore it.

I haven’t really chatted with you but hope all goes well with you. Myself, I have never really thought of myself as a Taoist but I guess I am close to being one. I seem to fit somewhere in there somewehre anyways. Perhaps a past life. Buddhists don’t really like me much … too off the wall I guess. They just kind of smile at me and go right to my partner who was trained in Tibetan qigong. A rebel I am I guess.
Soooooo … the reason for this comment is that basically whatever resounds with you is what works for you. Labelling is just labelling and I do not particularly care for that. Me … I am closer to Taoist than anything else although do not always practise what most hard core Taoists practise. I am a lightworker in service with Taoist twists. Try labelling that one. I check out this forum because I have found some really great advice and nice energy here. I take what I can and what I think I require at the time.
If something doesn’t sit well with me then I just don’t go there. Sometimes, such as just in the last few days there is a lot of SATAN crap which I don’t care for. I know there is negative/positive and there is black/white and I have a negative as well as positive side however the connotation of just the SATAN name in alignment with my christian upbringing just doesn’t sit well with me. I believe in Jesus and pray to him and thru him. I also respect Quanyin and resound to her energy. So that is me. To me … I see the SATAN name and go yeah, another nerd looking for some kind of shock effect. Like reallllly! Give it a frigging rest why don’t you. This SATAN stuff is all just smoke and mirrors. Which a lot of life is. Just smoke and mirrors. So I hope you do visit the forum from time to time. The negative twists always subside after time and a good spattering of knowledge will abound once again.

I liken the SATAN and such blurbs on this forum as mosquitoes, they are a frigging nuisance but in nature they do serve a purpose, like food for those higher up the food chain.

    Lovely post rainbowbear.
This forum was just becoming a bit too crazy. Lots of satan connotations (isn’t that siding with a polarity?) and heaps of exclamation marks in those posts – heavy.
Maybe your post will serve as a frog which will devour the mosquitoes and their larve.

I was going to comment a bit on your western magical use of Saturn and its centrality to the Taoist system as well….but it can wait.

I will be in England next mid-september. We are renting Stonehenge for some Taoist-Celtic ceremonies. Email if you are interested in attending.

Can you tell a little more about this Tibetan Qiqong that your partner was trained?I’ve never heard about it.Who was his teacher? That is any site I can find more information about it?

Well put, I would agree that satan is very polar and not neutral. Even if, on a deeper level it may be.
