Hello,
how much is important making the movements (stretching the hands etc) when doing the healing sounds? That’s because I make sounds often in my day, but they work little.thank you very much

In my experience, it works best when you really go deeply into your healing sounds for a number of weeks. That means doing all the relevant positions, feeling all the relevant emotions, smiling, going back to center (in your ltt) etc. you need to take your time.
after doing it this way for a few weeks you will feel the healing sounds excersises becoming much more effective – your body will learn what your intentions are; and once you’ve reached this level, you can just use the sounds alone when needed and you will get a powerfull effect. (however, you should still continue doing the full excersises every now and then)
In my opinion the sounds themselves have no real power, you have to ‘teach’ your body the effects of the sounds. (Just like if you say to a child that doesn’t yet understand eglish “I love you”… this has little effect, but once the child learns the meaning of “I love you” saying this has a very powerfull effect.)
And teaching your body involves doing the full excersise every day for a number of weeks, when I first started with the healing sounds it took me an hour each day to go through them – I was very thorough. Once your body knows what each of the sounds are meant to do, it takes much less time to do it. These days it takes me five minutes to go through the sounds, and I get the same effect as with the hour-long meditation. Also throughout the day when I feel my organs overheating, I do the sounds (subvocaly) without any stretching in seconds – and again this has the desired effect.
