I just tried the Spring Dragon Longevity Tea for the first time, and WOW it is amazing! I am looking forward to my new afternoon ritual to replace green tea.

There isn’t a day that goes by that I don’t drink a cup.
But there is also room in the day for green tea also. 🙂

Nothing wrong with green tea, but I’m unsure of the quality of the brand they have at my office… I also drink yerba mate occasionally, which is nice.

We have one of the hot water taps on the coffee machine, and I refilled my cup with the same tea bag (left in while drinking) 2 more times and it was still delicious! I did 3/4 the second fill, and 1/2 the third.
