Hello all
Today I also have started with practises from “Taois yoga and sexual energy”. This morning I did the hair breathing and the meditation. I had some terrific energy feeling during the whole practise. Wery enjoyable!!! This will also be the start of the fusion practise. Today it was only to use the collecting point of the heart, and to breath in red love energy to it, and out grayish or orange.
My yoga group are starting again with this book this sunday. I myself have been practising from it for about three years ago, but just the first three chapters.
One of my goal is to this time be able to do the meditations while standing in some of the iron shirt poses.
Have also learned all the 8 brocades now, and will do all of them at once for the first time, after this post.
Cofe issue, is solved. I have changed to drink only at mondays wensdays and fredays, and just one cup at each day. So far it is working.
Sexuality: Still going fine. Look forward to starting this part of the white tigress practise also.

I didn´t go well with the cofe. I had a period without sleep or nearly without sleep and was exhausted. I think the cofe was a big part of the problem. I did rest for a weak and a few days and feel better now. A litle bit worried about to have time to finisch my master thesis, but also think I will make it. Have promised to start work in mars as a teacher again.
Much stress involved in the disturbed sleeping patterna and owerwork. I was wery stiff in muscles also. Have got pain in the adrenals and the kidneys again.
Have made some changes in how to deal with things. The most important I think is a total stop of drinking cofe. I am experimenting with exchanging it with garlic. I drink garlic in hot milk and with some honey to. I buy it at the café and we call it the white dangerous. Garlic have an stimulating efect on me, it is to easy to say if it works, but so far I like it. It helps me get some enrgy to start and continue with my work. Have had earlier experiences with it also before my illness. It is also a medicin for my coldness, as a herb it is heating the body wery much. I feel more focused and lessed stressed with it, so I make the necessarily time to understund the math in my work, and not hurrying through it.
I have found a god relation to my qigong and yoga practises and have a good schedule for it. I do the iron shirt practise untill I not want to stand any more and not try again. Just one trial each day, but then I try to push me a litle bit.
My qigong schedule for the moment:
At awakening I do the taoist yoga from Yudeloves book with meditations sexual practises and iron shirt. I have also added some of the preparation exercises for better structural aligment from mantak chias iron shirt 1 book.At about 3 pm I do the eight brocades
At about 8 pm I do a special hatha yoga program for the adrenals and for the stiffness in the muscles. Or I go to the gym or some other exercises. This evening yoga is more free, if I want to approach.
The other to I try more to accpmplich everyday, if I not absolutely want to do something else.
yoga group have started, thats fine. The others have not started theire own practises so much jet and I feel that the new iron shirt exercises are somewhat difficult for them to grasp. They like moving forms better and perhaps also think that the iron shirt are hard to do. I can´t realy guide them in this beacase I have so much struggle with it myself. But I have been thinking of adding some pushing to the iron shirt, so that it will be more fun and social to do, and so that we easier find out how our aligment work. I perhaps also will do some extra exercises extra time for meditation in the iron shirt possitions for some extra challenges to us in the group.

Mars might be good for you, they make great coffee and bitter chocolate on Mars, some times mixed with ginger, and chayanne pepper.:)I will post a little bit more maybe later, but I would check out a five element food chart to give your self an Idea why you have cravings for certain foods.October 6, 2008 at 6:45 pm #29006I will see if they have any here on mars! October 6, 2008 at 6:57 pm #29008By the way. cravings for cofe is common for people with adrenal fatigue. The reason is that they have wery low cortison levels, and are wery tiered all the time. Cofe stimulates the adrenals to produce cortison and then we get better in the short run, but cofe owerstimulate the adrenals so they get weaker and weaker by it. It also contains substances that are wery harmful for the adrenals. THis is of course not the five elemts theory but anyway gives some scentific explanations.
The reason why I started drinking it is that I somehow thought that my mediacation with armour and hydrocortisone would help me from the damaging efect, at least a bit so that I should not get worse. But obviously that was not correct.
I had some major problems with wory and anxiety during the time also, which not are common for me. But after a few days a cleared things out with the six healing sound that this time was wery helpful!
