Has anyone ever practiced this set exactly behind the basic routine but in the other direction. Is there an energetic value spiralling it in clockwise cycle after spiralling it in the original set.

Just curious, the form is great as is, looking for any unique perspectives on this.

I developed the Deep Healing Qigong form to be the clockwise, post-natal balance to the wuji form. I found that works better than simply reversing the wuji form, which I’ve also tried, without great success.

Is the deep Healing Qigong form a similar style practice as far as difficulty? What is involved movement wise. I guess this form of Tai Chi was designed to be complete as is and I guess leave well alone would be good advice for myself. I learned Tai Chi Martial styles in this manner left/right side. So I guess being a creature of habit I thought it would be some kind of whats next to do.

I read your email about going to Wudang and not finding anyone linked to this style, do you feel this is a straight forward Tai Chi practice or is it better to view as a Qigong/Longevity set? I know this is like Peanut Butter & Jelly, does it really matter what the name is.

Will you have a Workshop on this next year I would like to come out with me and my Tai Chi friends and Tune my practice clearer. Thanks for taking time to answer all my questions, I know your a busy person…Snowlion

The wuji gong was described by my teacher as “anti-taichi”, and not to be confused with it.

The Deep Healing produces a completely different effect, but often starts a whole body vibration that is very powerful and often makes my hair stand on end.

I think no one knows this wuji form at Wudangshan because it was a secret initiatic form for those into neidan. Also, there was a big disconnect in generation transmission due to cultural revolution. Wudang is also huge, 72 mountains, so easy to miss wht is going on next mtn over.

There will be a wuji-feldenkrais experience next Oct. 2006 in asheville.
new schedule for year should be posted shortly.
