Hi, I’m new here and going through lots of deep stuff. Am very much appreciating the info Michael has put out about the Inner Smile. Oh yes.
This morning someone posted the following article on their blog, and I couldn’t help but think of the Inner Smile when I read it:

JeanneAn interesting article. I think it shows that to love others (and help them) you first have to love yourself. If you don`t love yourself any healing directed towards others (and yourself I guess) will not be as effective as it could be (or will be ineffective). “love others as you love thyself” indeed.
