Hi all,
I have a question regarding the Deep Healing Chi Kung. It might be a stupid one, but I’d still like to point to it… Why are other forms of Chi Kung ‘necessary’ if there is a ‘deep healing’ one?
I ask this since most things can be seem to be of need of (deep) healing, at least many issues I am facing.
I’d like to hear also from people who hav tried practising it.Yours

Michael’s Deep Healing Chi Gung form is comprised of an unusual number of elements that he put togther so that whatever you would be working on would be reached from different angles, and affected “deeply.” He has incorporated some alchemical, not just chi gung, moves into it. He is particularly focussed on bringing the more alchemical practices to the western world. Also, he has tried to put things together for those whose lifestyle is not centered around energy practices but would like to do something to help themselves.
It is a good form. I have the tape and have used it. But you’d have to see what it does for you personally.
No form is going to do it all for you. Usually you have to find a combination of things that will work for you and that will change over time as you change. Many forms could fall into the category of being deeply healing. Even simple standing postures can be deeply healing. Primordial/Wuji Chi Gung is one of the best of them. It is the “Tai Chi,” the “Supreme Ultimate,” of alchemical forms.
If you are loking for deep healing yourself, it will be necessary to make chi gung your lifestyle to some degree. You have to take your energy field seriously. And meditation is an absolute, so whatever movement forms you use you ought to be balancing and extending them with ample time for sitting.
