    Hello everyone,

I’ve been away for awhile, but looking over some of the posts, you’ve had some wonderful discussions. I appreciate the resource of your experience on this site. Someday I would like to post something about the inner mechanics of Tibetan tantra and the cycles of insight that are not commonly spoken of. It shows strong parallels with Taoist thought, or possibly, universal processes.

Anyway, I have started revisiting some of the basics again and am going back to the inner smile. I have seen a number of different patterns for going through the body. Some explore the yin organs, then the yang, and then neutralize in the central channel. Others attempt to follow the creation cycle. Does anyone have insight on a good order to go through the organs or the different effects of each sequence? Is there an order that would be particularly good for sharing with patients?

Thanks for the input. Enjoy the turn of the currents after the solstice,

Mantak Chias booklet on the cosmic inner smile should provide you with some awesome insights.

I’m glad that you got the pun. There is a new overt society of the inner smile that is gradually forming. With a little effort and persistence, this inner revolution will dissolve world domination as we know it.

On another note, I have read Mantaak Chia’s ‘Stress and Vitality with the inner smile’ but I haven’t read the ‘Cosmic Inner Smile.’ I know that Michael teaches a different order for going through the organs than Chia, and I was wondering if anyone could offer insight on why, and what is effective for which circumstances. I am hoping to share it with some patients, and want to make sure I know some of the more subtle details. Thanks
