Slow/fast is not important; don’t worry about it.
Some people get through ALL of the formulas in a
few years, but then need to go back to strengthen
their foundations. Spending a lot of time at a
certain level and slowly moving forward gives you a
depth that others may not have. In other words,
don’t think that your rate of progression makes
you a “slow developer”.

like yourself and are already at kan and li level. But you are right about
what you write. Usually I don’t worry about it either. I like to take it slow,
and actually I learn new things all the time also.“””””””””””””””””””””””””””””””””””””””””””””””””””””””

I’m not completely shore about theire path. They go courses with
David Verdesi and another Chinese guy. There are also stuf from
Wang Liping. I think David have studied with him. I also think it is
the path described in the book “The Magus of Java” by K Danaos. I myself
have done one of theire courses several times, xin shen zhuang, which standing
qigong. It is a realy deep qigong and opens up the body, especially the spine.“”””””””””””””””””””””””””””””””””””””””””””””””””””””””””””””””

Yeah, that’s basically Fusion 1. But that doesn’t mean
that Fusion 1 is simple. There’s a lot of stuff in Fusion 1,
and you can take it quite deeply.
