This is out real laziness I ask this question but figured maybe somebody else might find it interesting to read an answer on this.
What are the three worms that consume our chi, is it similar to lust, greed and anger?
December 23, 2005 at 2:24 pm #9550I wrote about the three worms in detail.
The 3 worms are in fact entities that live inside your three thrusting mai and have control over your life.
You have to drive them out.
No doubt Michael Winn will take the approach to “integrate” them, but the thing is they already ARE integrated–that is your whole problem you see?
Just drive them out. Easier said then done though. The worms are VERY strong and you’d be surprised how much of “you” is in fact the 3 worms.
If you have opened up the correct eyes in the head you can see them, but if you haven’t (I can barely walk upright) the best way to encounter them is to do the 9-bottle breath for a while. This exercise pisses them off.
When you get up to 2.5 minutes of breath-holding in that exercise you will become aware of them.
Very strong they are!

Could you comment something about that tail that some people have? Do you feel that it has something to do with any or all of those worms? I started to notice it when I worked with the thrusting channels.

What is your blog, I would like to learn about the 9-bottle breath, to see if I have them. Thanks!December 23, 2005 at 6:46 pm #9558Are the three pure ones anti dote for the three worms? If the worms are lust, greed and anger, what are the three pure ones as their ‘medicine’?
And Plato I love to read your opinion but ‘your blog’ is unknown to me. Don’t forget I don’t belong to the insiders, so give some keys.

Just kidding, its available right here. Anyways, I am wondering more details about it as far as what is included of the meditations? Is it a good buy for starting someone off in the tao? Perhaps?
December 25, 2005 at 7:03 am #9566Dear Plato, I did take a look at your blog and was disappointed. Is it possible for you NOT to judge and use others to fight against. Your blog is like one big ANTI propaganda. It would be nice if we could see your big heart for once instead of the me-against-the-others.
I am not interested in who is right and who is wrong, I am interested in what YOU really have to share. Or is it just hate and anger you want to share with us, in an attempt to let us see what you see…. how bad some people are. If so, so it is.
You are much brighter than that, you have much more to offer and you are really a very loving person, I miss that one on Plato’s blog….
I truelly hope your big heart may arise some day, that would be AWESOME news….but then you are no longer ‘the Plato’, letting go that one is hard, so damn hard.Wendy
