I’ve been experimenting with self-acupressure for some while and found that many of the most potent acupressure methods involve some sort of tapping (contrasted with the usual massage of an acupoint). Tapping induces pulsing, which we’ve all heard by now is pretty fundamental and effective… You might think of pulsing as a yin~yang package.
So, here’s an self ‘acu-tapping’ ๐ method that can be used various places on the orbit: twiddling your thumbs! ๐
Just twiddle your thumbs on/near any of the orbit acupoints that you’re curious about (and can reach). (Twiddle at slow to moderate speed, not the blur speed of the picture.)
Of course, this is perfectly suited for during a lecture, while lounging on the couch watching a movie, on the bus.
