When an archer is shooting for nothing
He has all his skill.
If he shoots for a brass buckle
He is already nervous.
If he shoots for a prize of gold
He goes blind
Or sees two targets – He is out of his mind!
His skill has not changed.
But the prize divides him.
He cares.
He thinks more of winning
Than of shooting –
And the need to win
Drains him of power.Regarding h+.

It was some years ago. It was posted here.It talked a lot about carbon acid’s ions.
It talked about potion being home producable.Carbon acid ic co2 and h20. So soda.
Hence i found new appreciation for soda/bubble water as a form of unsweet drink.I too have started drinking sparkling water. As suggested by Vonderplanitz. Which means, naturally carbonated, no gas added. And interesting about the time I started drinking it I got a small invection around the eyes, which already left, but gave me the impression it was more a healing crises than anything else.
