Be aware Guy! You are hungry for energy! Make sure you are centered in your lower dantian. If you are not well connected with yourself it might you believe that the ‘food’ is to be found in the outside world: healers, books, humans and non-human energies.
I am not saying it is not usefull, because it can be very much. But

Believe in the wisdom of your own body, truelly believe that you have it,(even if you don’t feel one bit of ‘energy’ at this point). No teacher is gonna give you ‘the energy’. Practice ‘believe’, trust and love towards yourself.

Talk to your organs over and over, practice your belly/lower dantian over and over, smile inwardly until you drop. Don’t depend on anyone or anything other than yourself. Because if you are not centered well enough you are a juicy peach for people or energies who like to play with you to compensate their own low self esteem or hidden agenda. And even the best teachers have their agenda otherwise they wouldn’t be here on planet Earth. Just zip the bits and pieces of their wisdom and knowledge, chew it and feel if it hits your heart or your lower dantian. If not, don’t use it, if it resonates eat!

Those who are too hungry become food themself = my personal quote from personal experience.

Take your steps with care but if you like to dive hard this earth plane is all yours! It is one giant zoo,
just don’t get squeezed by a dinosaur, so messy 😉
